Angels Camp, CA…Destination Angels Camp will be offering several business training seminars over the next year made possible by a grant from Central Sierra Economic Development District.

“Promote Your Business” will be the focus of the first three fall classes. The first class, on October 12 will be “Grow your Business with Facebook Marketing,” presented by The Get Smart Group of Angels Camp. The second class, “Meet the Press” on October 26 will allow attendees to meet Dana Nichols, editor of the Calaveras Enterprise and members of his staff. The third class “Ride the airWaves” on November 2, will introduce representatives from Clarke Broadcasting, including KKBN, KVML and Star 92.7. Each class is designed to familiarize participants with the media resources available locally to promote their business.
Classes are from 8:30-10 am at the Destination Angels Camp office, 1211 S. Main Street in Angels Camp. Early registration for each workshop is encouraged as space is limited. Business development classes are one of the services for new and expanding businesses offered by Destination Angels Camp, the economic development arm of the City of Angels. The all-volunteer board meets bimonthly on the second Thursday at 10:30 at 1211 S. Main Street, Suite 220, Angels Camp. Board meetings are open to the public.
