Mountain Ranch, CA…BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Lead Agency: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249 2016-1070 Zoning Amendment and Agriculture Preserve Application for Alison Charter-Smith and Anthony Jaehnichen The applicants are requesting approval of a California Land Conservation Contract/Agriculture Preserve No. 357 for 200 acres of land located at 1374 Hubbard Road in Mountain Ranch. APN: 020-034-019 & 020-034-015 are located in portion of Sections 22 T05N, R14E, MDM. In conjunction with the request for Agriculture Preserve, the subject property must be rezoned AP (Agriculture Preserve) to signify the land conservation contract.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on November 22, 2016, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
