The applicant is requesting approval of a Zoning Amendment to change the zoning of the subject property from RR-5 (Rural Residential-5 acre minimum) to RA (Residential Agriculture). The property has a general plan land use designation of Residential Center. An RA zone is considered to be a resource zone and is a compatible zone in all land use designations.
