San Andreas, CA…BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249 2017-075 ZA FOR MARK BOLGER: This application proposes to re-zone 118.1 acres of land in Calaveras County from U (Unclassified) to A1 (General Agriculture). The two contiguous parcels are located at 4629 & 4872 Banner Road, approximately ½ mile east of the intersection of South Rail Road Flat Road and Banner Road between the communities of Mountain Ranch and Rail Road Flat. APN: 020-031-002 & 020-031-003 are a portion of Section 18, T05N, R14E, MDM. The Planning Commission will consider adopting a negative declaration and the zoning amendment.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on December 5, 2017, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
