San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras County Purchasing Agent will receive bids for: Hauling Services – Public Works, Road and Bridges & Integrated Waste Management Divisions. BID No. 17-1018-14-962. The Calaveras County Purchasing Division is requesting bids for hauling services for the Public Works Department’s Roads and Bridges and Integrated Waste Management Divisions. Services will be on an on-call/as needed basis for the thirty-six (36) month period, following Board of Supervisors approval. The County makes no guarantee as to the total number of hours an awarded vendor will be utilized for hauling services. Bidders may submit costs for only the truck/trailer types they possess and for which would be available should their bid be accepted resulting in the award of an Agreement.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with:

“BID #17-1018-14-962 – Mailroom DO NOT OPEN” and in the possession of the Purchasing Agent no later than: April 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened. Faxed bids are not acceptable; bids received beyond the deadline date and time will not be considered.”
