The History of Giant Burger
Giant Burger started in 1968; by the late 70s GB had established itself as one of Calaveras County’s popular stop for visitors coming from the surrounding areas then soon after from other countries. GB customers are people visiting the local area so to have someone from Australia, Japan or Sweden is not unusual. Visitors from all over love to have their picture taken with the famous bear. Giant Burger is one of the longest running restaurants in Calaveras County. Come taste for yourself why GB has been around for 44 years and plans to be here for many more years to come.

Joe and Katie Rosa have owned the famous Giant Burger in Arnold, CA since 2007. The Rosa family have maintained the best of Giant Burger’s traditions, one being that they have preserved the family owned and operated environment.
