San Andreas, CA…PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. LEAD AGNECY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. EXTENSION OF TIME FOR 2003-032 TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION TRACT MAP FOR ELLIS. Jon Ellis is requesting a time extension of six years for the approved tentative subdivision tract map 2003-032 for the Cedar Ridge Project. A CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration, CEQA Findings, and Mitigation Measure and Monitoring Program were certified by the Board of Supervisors, via Resolution 04-064 on March 22, 2004, and remain the appropriate CEQA documents upon which to base the extension of time. The project is located on Highway 4, west of the community of Arnold. The parcels are located on the southerly side of the highway and access to the site is via Red Tail Hawk Road. APNs: 032-024-032, 032-024-033 and 032-024-034 are portions of Sections 06 and 07, T4N, R15E, MDM.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mt. Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
