Angels Camp, CA…Missing Person: On 2/1/19 Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked behind a commercial business located in Angels Camp. Upon investigation, CCSO Deputies learned the vehicle is registered to a female who is now listed as a missing person, Michelle Haviland with an address out of Columbia, California. During the investigation CCSO Deputies and Angels Camp Police Officers contacted family members and neighbors of Michelle. Deputies learned Michelle suffers from depression and possibly dementia and may be off her medications. A neighbor reported Michelle was possibly en route to the Sonoma area.

On 2/1/19 at approximately 1536 hours, a female entered the Angels Camp Police Department asking to make a phone call. The female left the ACPD lobby before a Deputy was able to make contact with her. A witness at ACPD was able to identify the female by California Drivers license photo as Michelle.

According to family, Michelle has no friends or family in Angels Camp or Calaveras County.
