Structure Fire Sonora California

Sonora Ca. CalFire along with Tuolumne County Fire Resources are working a Structure Fire with Vegetation involved in the vicinity of Sunshine Hill Road and Jamestown Road. Please stay out of the area if you do not need to be there. Fire Fighting resources need access to the area.

We will try to bring you updates as they become available:

Update: 2:58pm Units on scene beginning Overhaul Mop Up Operation on the Structure involved. Vegetation containment by ground crews continues.

Update: 1:42pm All Aircraft released back to Columbia AAB

Update: 1:34pm Both Air Tankers released back to Columbia AAB, Structure threat mitigated along with Vegetation threat. Good progress is being made. Red Cross being notified. Some Unis canceled.
