Arnold, CA…From the owner…”Dear Pine Tree Readers, I’d like to inform the community to be extra vigilant if they see suspicious activity in their neighborhood. Sometime between Sept 2nd and 6th, my home on Elizabeth Drive in Blue Lake Springs was broken into and many of my cherished possessions were stolen. Amongst the stolen items were 3 guitars that I purchased as a young man in the 1970’s and 1980’s. They had tremendous sentimental value. They also stole newer power tools (mostly Dewalt brand), chain saws, guitar amp, LCD TV, surround sound and stereo equipment, even some furniture and much more.
The thieves made entry through one of my garage doors which was not properly secured (with dead bolt). Since they left the lights on, the break in must have occurred at night or in early morning. If you have anything of value in your home, please ensure your home is secured when you leave. I also recommend security flood lights, especially those equipped with video (like Ring).
I would hate for others to go through what I am going through right now. If you see any suspicious activity, or if you see any of the guitars shown below in your travels, please call the Calaveras County Sheriff Department at 209.754.6500 or Call or Text 925.337.4882 the Owner at Thank you.
I posted this on Next Door for your BLS neighbor’s to read and be aware. I’m so sorry this happened
You should post the serial number of the strat.

Have you tried craigslist to look for them for sale? Maybe put a “guitar or instrument wanted ” add and see if you get any hits.
Thieves often are using Offer Up to resell.
