San Andreas, CA…Afternoon PG&E Briefing Complete! I have some marginally better news: This PSPS Event has been significantly shortened: De-energization now expected around 9PM, and the Weather All-Clear is now expected to be Monday 10/28 at 1am.

PG&E has also announced the Community Resource Centers (CRCs), which will open tomorrow @ 8:00 am:
