Cedar Ridge, CA…The Quarter Fire started yesterday at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the South Fork of the Stanislaus River approximately three miles upstream of the Lost Dutchman Mining Association property in the Grant Ridge (Forest Service Road 3N11) area. The fire is only burning on the north side of the river and is holding at 15 acres.
