San Andreas, CA…Now Accepting Patients in San Andreas. Dr. Isabella Flores-Merritt, Board Certified General Surgeon, has joined the team at Mark Twain Medical Center and is now accepting patients at the San Andreas Multi-Specialty Care Center. Dr. Flores-Merritt has more than 15 years of experience, and completed her general surgery residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Temple University where she became the chief resident.
