Valley Springs, CA…From Calaveras Consolidated…”Calaveras Consolidated Firefighters, County OES, County Environmental, and Fish & Game are on scene with illegal dumping of oil on Vista Delago and Woodgate Rd. 46 five-gallon containers and a 55-gallon drum were discarded and oil entered several storm drains. Firefighters diked the storm drains and uprighted all of the containers. The oil worked its way into a field and collected it into a catch basin.

Cleanup efforts are underway and the incident is under investigation by Fish & Game.
