City of Angels City Council Meeting Agenda Tuesday, January 12, 2021

Angels Camp, CA… This meeting will be held in accordance with executive order N-29-20, issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020, The Ralph M. Brown Act (California Government Code Section 54950, ET SEQ.), and The Federal Americans With Disabilities Act.

The City of Angels herby provides notice that as a result of the declared federal, state, and local health emergencies, and in light of the Governor’s order, THIS MEETING WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY OPEN TO THEPUBLIC. You may observe the meeting and address the Council via email or telephonically as dictated below. Consistent with the Executive Order, Councilmembers may elect to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.

You may observe the meeting and address the Board via email or telephonically, as dictated below.

Based on guidance from the California Governor’s Office and Department of Public Health, as well as the County Health Officer, in order to minimize the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, please do the following:

Please clearly indicate which agenda item number your comment pertains to, or if it is a general public comment. Comments are limited to 300 words or fewer. Written comments will be
included in the meeting minutes, and will be forwarded to the Board prior to the meeting.
