Arnold, CA…The PG&E Grid struggled last night and flickered numerous times as it tried to keep current flowing. The combination of snow laden branches, wind and in some areas rain was a bit too much. According to PG&E mapping the Arnold area along the Hwy 4 corridor and the Twain Harte area on Hwy 108 have the highest number of sufferers this morning. The latest mapping is below…
