White Pines, CA…Our sincerest gratitude goes out to the amazing folks in our Highway 4 and Calaveras County communities for their generous donations on behalf of the victims of the Butte Fire.
Please be advised that the Independence Hall Community Center in White Pines will NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING ANY DONATIONS for distribution at this time. However, if you, or someone you know, is a victim of the fire, and need clothing, furniture, household items, etc., Independence Hall would love to help! We have a limited amount of the following gently used items, available at the Hall to fire victims, at no cost: Clothing, Household goods, Twin beds, Bedding, Furniture, Kitchen items

The Barn Annex, located behind Independence Hall on Blagen Rd. in White Pines, will be open for DISTRIBUTION ONLY on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from 9:00 until 12:00, and on Friday’s and Saturday’s from 9:00 until 12:00. Our loyal volunteers will continue to provide this service as long as there is a need within our community. We will begin again to accept donations for our fabulous Annual Flea Market in the near future.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the people who have been affected by this terrible tragedy.
