Arnold, CA…(This morning the first part of our webcast was a replay of the April 5th Sonora City Council meeting where they voted to limit short term rentals. We thought the issue worth exploring more as many vacation destination cities and counties are deciding to do this in an attempt to foster at least some semblance of affordable housing for full time residents. Not an easy issue though as property owners are entitled to a return on their investments and at times they can earn several multiples with their property as a short term rental vs full time rental.
