Valley Springs, CA…Calaveras Consolidated Firefighters responded with 2 Engines, and 1 Chief to a report of possible Aircraft down at the Lake Camanche Airstrip on Brandy Lane. Firefighters located a single-engine aircraft off the private dirt runway into the trees. Both occupants were not injured and able to walk away. The plane was based out of Lodi Airport.

FAA and NTSB were notified about the accident and approved a salvage company to recover the wreckage. EBMUD Rangers remain on scene at the crash site.
