San Andreas, CA…Party 1 was traveling in vehicle 1 northbound on State Route 49 just south of California Street at approximately 25 mph, directly behind vehicle 2. Party 2 was traveling northbound on State Route 49 just south of California Street at approximately 30 mph. before slowing to a stop for children crossing at the crosswalk. However, Party 1 did not stop and consequently, the front end of vehicle 1 collided with the back end of vehicle 2.

Alcohol and/or Drugs was not a factor in this collision.
