Arnold, CA…The lights are starting to go back on for many but at its peak last night most of the Upper Hwy 4 Corridor was without power. The outage peaked with over 7,000 customers in the dark. For the 3,000 or so still without power PG&E is showing power will be restored by 9:15am.
