Bear Valley, CA…Trailblazers is a youth nordic ski program designed to teach cross country skiing through activities, games, and adventure. Trailblazers run for 8 weeks over January and February, offering weekly Friday and/or Sunday PM sessions.

The program is suitable for first-timers through experienced XC skiers. The program is appropriate for skiers aged 9-13, so it would be the best fit for 4th through 7th graders falling within that age range.

Our elevation of 7,100 feet to 7,800 feet guarantees first to open (usually mid-November) and last to close (usually mid-April) status among Sierra Nevada cross country centers.
