Arnold, CA…May was officially the busiest month in The Pine Tree’s 19 year history. We had 17,405,108 page views in May directly measured on our servers. These number passed our previous high water marks set during the Rim and Butte Fires. Even better was that these numbers came in during a normal Frog Jump month and not during a fire or other tragic event.

Typically during May we see the highest numbers of totally new IP address as the Frog Jump makes our area International news for at least a few days each year.  This year looks to follow those trends.

Our hope is that these numbers translate into increase business activity and sales for our local businesses this summer.

What is undoubtedly the case though is that raw interest in our area has never been higher.

Yes, some of these were search engine scans and it looks like a bit of AI learning scans but even with that it was still our best month ever.
