Hot Copper Car Show Shines Through The Sprinkles Last Weekend

Copperopolis, CA…The Annual Hot Copper Car Show put on quite a show even in the rain. The numbers of cars were down as many couldn’t risk potential damage from the weather. We were told that some of paint jobs on high end rods and customs can run as high as $50,000 so some did stay safely tucked in their garages. It was a great show none the less with beautiful pieces of rolling art. Best of show was the worlds fastest motorhome. It is a 1955 Chevy School bus that was converted for more recreational pursuits. When you absolutely have to be first to the campground this is your vehicle.

There was some talk of having another event over the summer where some of the other entries could be coaxed out of their garages.
