Arnold, CA…To commemorate its fifth anniversary in November, Hinterhaus Distilling announces the release of a bourbon forged from the distillery’s first five years of bourbon batches. Father/son distillers Nate and Keagan Randall have meticulously saved bourbon from 27 of the distillery’s batches, blended them and aged them additionally in an ‘infinity’ barrel.
“5 years of Hinterhaus commemorated in 27 batches of bourbon that we blended together was something so fun
and unique to produce,” says Nate Randall, Owner & Head Distiller.
Aged between 4 and 8 years, these 27 batches of bourbon feature 16 unique mashbills and 15 varietals of wine-finishing ca before twirling together in an 11 year French Oak California port barrel from the distillery’s county. Only 96 bottles were produced to mark the distillery’s special occasion. Each bottle features a decidedly out-of-this-world label and is packaged in a matching custom box.
“We decided to pull out all the stops for this bottle,” says Bonnie Randall, Co-Owner & Head of Operations at Hinterhaus. “Every detail can be traced on a special page of our website (https://www.hinterhausdistilling.com/infinity), making its lineage traceable. That transparency is part and parcel to everything we produce at Hinterhaus.”
Due to its limited nature, this product will be exclusively available at Hinterhaus Distilling’s bottle shop
in Arnold, CA, beginning on November 1 as supply lasts.
