Valley Springs, CA…A Valley Springs Woman was driving her 2001 Toyota westbound on SR-26 west of Vista Del Lago Drive at 45 miles per hour when she diverted her attention away from the roadway. V-1 traveled onto the shoulder and struck a power pole causing an outage. P-1 suffered no injury but chose to be transported to Mark Twain Hospital via ambulance as a precaution. Alcohol/drugs are not a factor in this collision.
