Herculano (Ralph) Rafael, born June 25, 1949, passed away on September 10, 2016, after a long bout with Alzheimer’s Disease.

A resident of Arnold, California since 2006, he came to Calaveras County after retiring in 2004 from 36 years with USS Posco Steel Mill in the bay area. Ralph is survived by is wife Shirley, son Jeremy, and five step-children. Ralph was a loving husband, father, and friend; he was always willing to do anything for any one. Ralph will be missed by all.
