Sonora, CA…Hospice of the Sierra is offering Coping with the Holidays, a grief support event for anyone who has lost a loved one and would like some help in coping with the upcoming holiday season. Grief facilitators and others who have been on this journey will share ways of coping during the holidays. The gathering will include a memorial table for participants to display pictures or other items that are meaningful reminders of their loved ones.
Coping with the Holidays will be held Saturday, November 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1 & 2 at Sonora Regional Medical Center. There is no charge for the event but pre-registration is requested.
