Summary: Arrived and spoke with rp who took showed me the area someone was staying. Area is in front of
the business and is some sort of utlity closet. It appears someone has been staying in it due to the garbage
and personal belongings inside. The door was unlcoked and there appeared to be no damage. Closet is barely
big enough for a chair to fit in. I assisted the rp in getting the door to lock and told her to call if they find
anyone inside in the future. . Disposition: Log Note.

residence. her boyfriend came out of the house, cussed and threatened the rp ifo the children.

SUMMARY: Civil issue. RP stated he was cussed out and threatened when he dropped off the children. RP
got a restraining order because the resp. is violent around them, cusses, and has gotten into RP’s face. I spoke
to Resp. who admitted to the violation but he is upset because the RP is not sticking to the custody order and
drpping the kids off at a neutral location. Resp. thinks the RP is coming to his home and antagonizing him. I
advised RP to re-visit the custody order and consider going back to drop offs at a neutral site. . Disposition:

to tell her 100% that she will be able to take her kids to Georgia. I advised her I could not do that for her. She
requested to speak to Dep. Champlin because her father knows him. I advised her she could contact the
Sheriff’s office and request Dep. Champlin’s voicemail and leave him a message. RP stated her kids were listed
as missing and exploited children and that is the organization that will be paying for flights to CA and back to

onto his property. I called RSP and explained to her that RP does not want her on the property. RSP said she
would park in the street and allow their daughter to go to RP’s house to retrieve her birthday items. I explained
to RSP that RP does not have to allow her to take the items, but that would be a civil matter. I called RP and
told him that RSP would let their daughter go to the house, and RSP would stay in her car. I told RP that RSP
want their daughter to get the items from the house, and I told RP that he was not obligated to allow her to do
so and that it would be a civil issue. RP said he would call us back if RSP comes onto his property. No further
