slurring his words.
Summary: RSP was negative 5150, but he was intoxicated. RSP was calm while we were on scene. I
transported RSP to his brother-in-law’s house so he could stay there for the night and not bother his wife and
kids. No further action taken.

her husband has camera and audio equipment set up in their bedroom and his daughter is listening to
everything she does. Rp said she had been up all night looking for the equipment. Rp did not appear under the
influence of drugs but was acting odd. Rp said she takes medication for arthritis and pain once in a while but
had not taken anything lately. I advised her to go see her doctor to make sure the medication wasn’t causing
her to hear things. Husband said he was gathering his belongings and going to be out of the house because

SUMMARY: RP rambling about conspiracies and thinks everyone is after him. RP brought 4 shotgun shells
he wanted destroyed that he found on his property. RP said he grows medical marijuana and thinks everyone
is trying to set him up and rob him. RP could not stay on track or focus on one conversation. RP said he has

Summary: Casino is getting multiple prank calls from various numbers. The person on the phone has a British
accent and casino employees can hear people laughing in the background. Casino security says it is the same
person who called in last night Subjects called twice while i was on scene. I answered the phone both times
and the responsible hung up after i said, “Sheriffs Office”. I advised security to contact us if it continues. No
further information at this time.

SUMMARY: RP leaving for an appt. and will not return until around 6 PM. RP would like contact for us to
collect hairs she found which were on the nails where the hole was made thru the wall. RP lives on site and
would like a deputy to meet with her . She would like a call from a deputy prior to them leaving. RP also said
that they believe a subject who is staying on site with an employee may be responsible. RP said the employee

Occurred on Tuolumne Rd, Sonora. Transients doing heroin in an abandoned trailer on the property. The rp
went into the trailer and broke out all the windows and ran everyone off. He is requesting a deputy respond.
Summary: RP and his mother, the owner of the property, have been dealing with several transients living in a
trailer on the property. The RP’s son, , also lives in the house on the property. uses heroin and invites all his
homeless friends over to stay in the trailer. The RP wanted advice on how to keep people off his property. I
explained the eviction process to the RP and the property owner. I also explained RO’s, and advised them to
call the SO if the transients were causing problems on the property. I also explained because lives there, he is
allowed to invite guests to the property.
In order to keep transients from staying in the trailer, the RP smashed all the windows out. The trailer is unsafe
for people and should be “condemned” per the RP. I checked the trailer and did not locate anyone there. The
RP will close off all the windows/doors of the trailer with boards/plywood. . Disposition: Log Note.

Occurred on Table Mtn Rd, Jamestown. Rp just had a van drive by his house, turn around and then drive
down the road, pull over and then turn their lights off.
Summary: We contacted the three occupants of the van. They claimed they stopped to eat a snack after
leaving the casino. We checked them for warrants, and they were all clear. They agreed to leave the area. No
