Angels Camp, CA…Restaurant manager responsibilities include oversight of all food and beverage operations, including profitability, reporting, cost of goods sold and providing exceptional customer service. The manager will ensure efficient restaurant operation, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. The position requires active management, strong leadership, excellent communication and organization skills as well as a commitment to managing personnel, controlling costs, and understanding seasonality of the resort.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of restaurant staff
Provide outstanding customer service
Ensure proper food quality
Understanding cost of goods sold & reporting
Assist in promoting and growing f&b operations
Oversight of cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
o Minimum of 5 years of experience required in upscale environment. Private club, resort and/or hospitality experience required.
Language Skills
o Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Must have excellent written and communication skills.
Mathematical & Computer Skills
o Must be able to compute rates, ratios, percentages and be able to use computer programs for tracking and budgeting inventory.
o Able to use computer programming for pricing/menu changes.
Physical Demands
o Be able to stand and sit for periods of time, and able to lift 20-50 pounds.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations
o Valid Driver’s License
o Serv Safe Certificate
