Angels Camp, CA…On 01/23/17 the police department was made aware of a man that reportedly approached a high school student that was walking home earlier in the afternoon. The man, unknown to the juvenile, asked the juvenile if they are homeless and offered to share his hotel room with the juvenile. The juvenile declined the offer and reported the incident to a parent, who later notified police. The police department obtained the attached photograph of the unknown adult from the parent of the juvenile, and confirmed that the male subject stayed one night, on 01/23, at the Best Western on S. Main Street. As of this notification the male in the attached picture has not been formally identified…
