Murphys, CA…A 57 year old Murphys woman sustained minor injuries and was arrested as a suspect in a felony DUI crash that injured Bret Harte Assistant Principal Heath Lane last night on Murphys Grade Road. De Lima was traveling westbound on Murphys Grade Road, east of Fairview Park, at an unknown speed. Lane was traveling eastbound on Murphys Grade Rd at a speed of approximately 30 MPH. As both parties entered a curved portion of the roadway, Ms. De Lima failed to properly negotiate the curve, traveling into the eastbound lane. Subsequently Her Audi collided head on with Mr. Lane’s Dodge. Both driver’s were transported by air ambulance to Doctor’s Hospital in Modesto.

Party-1 was arrested for 23153(A)VC – Felony Driving Under the Influence.
