Angels Camp, CA…The bark beetle has ravished our forests, wild lands and private ranches. Beloved trees have been killed by the pesky critter. However the Mortality Tree Task Force is milling these trees. The lumber is being donated to organizations like the Calaveras County Fairgrounds. We are grateful to Cal Fire and the Task Force for the awesome donation. It is great when something good can come from something so devastating.
