Drytown, CA…A 45 year old River Pines man was driving his 92 Honda westbound on SR-16. His vehicle was having mechanical problems. He decided to make a u-turn. He turned his vehicle onto the shoulder and then made an immediate u-turn, directly into the path of that was following his vehicle. He failed to observe the vehicle following him from the rear.

He sustained minor injuries in the collision and a 28 year old Plymouth woman was uninjured when her 2012 Ford collided with the Honda.
