Valley Springs, CA…The sad notifications to his family have been made and it can now be released that it was Steven E. Sapp, 69 From Ripon that passed away in an early morning collision on Hwy 12 yesterday. He was driving his Ford Explorer westbound on State Route 12, east of Evans Road at an unknown speed. He allowed his vehicle to leave the roadway, traveling off the right shoulder and striking an oak tree. The collision was reported at 5:47am on April 26.
