Valley Springs, CA…The Community came together to honor those who have fought or may fight a battle against Breast Cancer. This great sponsored by Mark Twain Medical Center & The Mark Twain Health Care District. In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month they hold the great “Pink in the Night” event every year.

They had pink porch lights for people to take home, a lighting ceremony and more to help those fighting Breast Cancer and raising awareness in the community.

They will be also hold two “Mammo-GLAM” events marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October give local women the opportunity to overcome fear of a critical health screening by surrounding it with some quality girlfriend time. Think of it as “girls-night-out” with a serious purpose – helping women overcome mammogram fears and shape a healthy future. Oct. 10 and Oct. 26 are the dates for these unique gatherings at Mark Twain Medical Center.
