Angels Camp, CA…Wow it was a year October 15th that I got a second chance, my name is Charli Jo Zumbach and a lot of you know at 6 months of age I underwent a liver transplant at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. My doctors are happy with my progress and I went from taking 11 meds. to just 2! I’m a healthy energetic 18 month girl that keep my mommy and daddy busy.
