San Andreas, CA…The contentious first board meeting of the year has begun with Supervisor Gary Tofanelli being elected Board Chair. Currently they are sparing over Vice-Chair and the perception that Jack Garamendi was passed over and that Distric Two has been passed over and under represented. More to follow….
