Make Plans for Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt at Sequoia Woods

Arnold, CA…As the snow melts and the bulbs peak through the ground, we’re looking forward to a lovely spring day for Easter. Our brunch is in “wait-list” status, and the egg hunt will be a “go”, at 1:30 Sunday, for children ages 3 to 10. BYOBasket! (remember, no bar food or dinner served on Easter Sunday)

The Restaurant at Sequoia Woods offers an eclectic dining experience. Its unique location for dining in Arnold is situated away from the bustling highway. The setting is casually elegant, with a menu that is both contemporary and familiar. Our excellent cuisine and service continue to satisfy and impress our guests, whether loyal repeat customers or new visitors to the area. The restaurant features an enticing assortment of fine wines including many from local foothill wineries.

The great flavors from the kitchen are visually enhanced by the ambience of the dining room. Light and airy in design, the view of the greens and the trees provides a perfect natural backdrop for enjoying delicious cuisine.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Known for his creativity, Executive Chef Ryan Niblack has created a menu and quality for our country club that is receiving a lot of positive attention. His cuisine includes a blend of time-honored classics with contemporary infusions, using the freshest ingredients available. His changeable menu offerings have continued to please our customers since his association with Sequoia Woods Country Club began in 2001.

Ryan trained at the culinary program at Columbia College in Sonora, California. He began his professional career as a banquet chef at the local Ironstone Winery. He moved on as head chef at the Murphys Grille restaurant, and from there he worked with the newly-opened Camps Restaurant at Greenhorn Creek.
