Sonora, CA…From the Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept….A search warrant served at the home of a felon, lands him in jail with additional charges. On Tuesday evening the Tuolumne Narcotics Team served a search warrant at 45-year-old Sean Burdan’s home on Ayba Street in Sonora.

During the search, a rifle was located along with methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale and a honey butane oil extraction tube. Burdan is a convicted felon and admitted the items belonged to him. Burdan said he acquired the firearm as a trade for drugs.

Burdan was arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
