Twain Harte, CA…From Sonora CHP…Since Saturday the CHP has been receiving calls of a loose cow in or near the roadway. This cow has worked its way down from the Twain Harte area and is currently off Cherokee Road near Carol Lane. Please drive cautiously if in the area.

Hopefully she will not elude capture this evening. We have gained assistance in attempting to corral this cow from the brand inspector and the Brennan family. The Brennan’s are on horseback and accompanied by four dogs, attempting to corral this cow.

This is just another example of our wonderful community pulling together. This time to help keep a loose cow safe. Sorry, only one bad picture of the cow. She’s a bit bashful and wandered off.”
