Arnold, CA…Fundraiser for Hazel Fischer Playground Project on September 23rd from 12 -4pm at Bistro Park. Join Chapel In the Pines and Bistro Espresso in support of the Hazel Fischer PTA Playground Completion Fundraising & Community Outreach Event! 1. You can support their goal of $5,000.00 by purchasing your Picnic BBQ meal to include a your choice of hamburger, cheeseburger or hotdog with choice of side of potato salad or baked beans and corn on the cob! $10.00 per plate! 2. Buy a RAFFLE ticket for $5.00 each or three for $20.00 for your chance to win a gift certificate to local shops, restaurants and other gifts! 3. Play a game or two of Cornhole for $2.00 per person! 4. Make a donation to the “Hazel Fischer PTA” by bringing cash or check. Bistro is providing awesome LIVE entertainment with the Jank Tones! Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and the whole family for a wonderful afternoon following Chapel’s Worship service in the park!

GOAL: to raise $5000.00 to complete Hazel Fischer Playground project. The school also has several other “wish list” items below and a Donation jar will be set up to help purchase them. Those making a donation can choose to contribute towards these items, to the general playground fund or donate an item of value for the raffle prizes. We hope to see you at the community event! COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPONSORSHIP & GOALS:
Chapel Outreach goal is to demonstrate the love of Christ by serving and helping the community for the event. Bistro has donated the use of the space and paid for the Band to draw in the community to the event. Both Chapel & Bistro Espresso have donated $500.00 to help cover expenses. The PTA has a goal to sell 336 tickets at $5.00 each to the families at the school. They will keep the money they collect and apply it to their

Playground Completion Fund. The Bistro is selling $10.00 BBQ plates at the door to the community and will donate $2.00 per plate to help them reach their ticket goal. The PTA & Chapel Volunteers will be selling Raffle tickets for $5.00 each or 3 for $20.00 and will also be selling Cornhole game tickets at $2.00 per person. All of the Raffle & Game proceeds will go toward the Playground Completion Fund. Raffle prizes and other dona-tions will be donated by local businesses solicited by the PTA and Chapel Volunteers before and during the event.

CHAPEL PICNIC BBQ is $10.00 per person at the door
