Murphys, CA…On Sunday October 14th the Bret Harte FFA hosted its’ 29th Annual Cow Pie Social event at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys. It was a fun-filled family day with bounce houses, volleyball, balloons for the kids, and a new addition as of this year, the mini Petting Zoo!. In addition to those, there was a tri-tip dinner prepared and cooked by the Bret Harte FFA Boosters. For the adults, there was a horseshoe tournament and Chicken Chip Bingo game. Cattle were brought to the corral by our very own Ref-Turd-Rees, Morgan Rolleri and Kaili Mills who were the official judges to determine the winner of the Cow Pie drop. Attendees anxiously waited to see if a cow pie would drop in their square and be a winner of $200, $300, or $1000. The $1000 winner of the 29th annual cow pie drop was Teonna Rolleri.
