A few Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Deputies deployed there immediately yesterday when we received the law enforcement mutual aid request to assist with evacuation and rescues. A couple more of our deputies are up there this morning. Our community knows the devastation of wildfires and our thoughts are with the victims of this fire and the first responders deployed on the line.”
