San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance to add Chapter 17.52 of the Calaveras County Code to provide for a design review process for Mokelumne Hill. The design review process provides for planning director approval of specified development consistent with the Mokelumne Hill Design Guidelines. A negative declaration was adopted by the Board of Supervisors.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after adoption and a summary thereof shall be published once within 15 days of adoption in the newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Calaveras with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against it.

Passed and adopted on the 13th of November, 2018 by the following vote:
AYES: Tofanelli, Garamendi, Oliveira, Mills and Clapp
