Angels Camp, CA…Recently, several of our H&R BLOCK Clients have receive phone calls from someone claiming to be with H&R BLOCK. They claim that they have an issue with you or your dependents social security numbers and want you to give them the social security numbers. This is a scam, They are not with H&R BLOCK. Do not give your social security number or any other personal information to anyone on the phone, unless you positively and personal know the caller.
