Jackson, CA…Female driver, with 2 yr old daughter were westbound SR-88 at Argonaut Lane. Driver had a medical condition and lost control of her vehicle, striking a sign and shearing a fire hydrant. The vehicle overturned and came to rest next to Linda Vista Motel. The 2 yr old was in a child seat, but the seat was not secured within the vehicle. Additionally, the driver was on her cell phone while driving. Roadway is now clear.
