The 53rd Annual Father’s Day Fly-In at Columbia Airport

Columbia, CA…Columbia Airport will celebrate its 53rd annual Fly-In over the weekend. Events for both the young and older, brings inspiration to all and sparks memories in those who have attended the fly-in as well as those who served our country. Pilots look forward to bringing their beautiful, historic aircraft to our fly-in, a family friendly event complete with children’s activities and live music. Schedule of Events – Saturday

7:00 am to 11:00 am – Pancake Breakfast
Boy Scout Troop 570 will be serving up a pancake breakfast in the campground for just $8.00/person.

8:00 am – Admission Gates Open
Admission is $5.00/person. Children aged 12 and younger are free.

9:00 – Vendor Booths Open & Rides Begin
At this year’s event, there will be B25, and tethered hot air balloon rides available!

11:30 am to 3:00 pm – Runway Closed for Aerial Demonstrations & Car Drag Racing
If you are flying in, we suggest you try to arrive before 11:30. Temporary tower frequency for the event is 134.7.

3:00 -3:30 pm – Flour bombing & Spot Landing Contest
Sign-ups and information for those who wish to compete will be available at the Info Booth.

5:00 – Saturday Night Dinner
Cazadora will be catering this year’s Saturday night dinner!

We are not pre-selling dinner tickets, those will be available at the event, on a first come first served basis! Cost is $12 per plate.
