Murphys, CA…Labor Day Concert, Monday, September 2, 2019, 5:00 p.m. Murphys Community Park! Come listen to the Calaveras Community Band perform a free Labor Day Concert at the Murphys Community Park on Monday, September 2, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. (Please note this time is earlier than usual starting times.) The Calaveras Community Band is led by Conductor Mic Harper, and its members play all manner of instruments: trumpets, trombones, flutes, clarinets, saxophones, drums, and more! They are something special!

Bring your friends and family to Murphys Park to enjoy the live music on this Labor Day holiday celebrating the hard workers who make this country great. You might want to bring a picnic dinner and your swimsuit for a dip in the creek, while the Band performs familiar favorites. There will be something for everyone!
